How to change.

Changing is hard. If you have a habit you want to change, you literally have to undo something that you’ve trained yourself to do automatically, sometimes for years or even decades. What’s fascinating is that we’ve learned enough about our brain and how we work to know how to make this possible. Watch below as Darren teaches about habits and they are SO important.
